If the client has a dedicated AM, they will be contacted by the AM over the ticket
You will be contacted by a member of the support team within 1-2 business days
Contact your Account Manager
Once youβve signed a contract with RareCircles and paid the necessary fees. You will be assigned to an account manager who will be facilitating, assisting, and guiding you through the RareCircles client onboarding process. This person will be your main point of contact for any issues that may arise throughout your RareCircles NFT journey.
They will provide you with their email address, phone number, and their availability for any questions or concerns.
