Congratulations! Today is the day of the NFT launch. Here are a couple things to keep in mind during launch day.
RareCircles will not accept any last minute feature additions. Please refer to our Planning your Launch page to see the technical development work required for each requested add-on.
Update RareCircles on any information updates
We understand that sometimes information can be updated or changes can be made last minute. For any minor updates please let our support team know in advance of your launch so we can update the backend information appropriately.
Here are some references for what are considered appropriate changes:
Know your key contacts
Make sure to know your key contacts and their contact information in case additional communication is required during launch. RareCircles will have the customer support and technical team on standby during every client launch to address any potential questions or issues that may arise.
At the time of launch
Set some time to be on standby and provide check-in periods to ensure the NFT launch is running smoothly.
In case of an emergency
Itβs 3AM in the morning and there is an emergency! Do not panic. For emergency purposes, usually a couple of dedicated contacts within RareCircles will be notified to watch out for any issues outside of our business hours.
Prior to your launch, you can opt to receive a list of emergency contacts. Go through the list and send an email, text message, or even phone call to the people on the list and at least one or two will be able to assist in your time of need.
